Information for Clients
Please Note

Please ensure all obstacles are cleared around your home so we have full access to the perimeter of your home/gutters.

Please have gates around the perimeter of your home unlocked/open.

If you own a dog(s), please ensure it is secured somewhere safe, also please pick up dog faeces, as our hoses drag along the ground, and we don’t want to smear dog faeces all around your property.

We only remove debris located IN the gutter, any other litter on the roof, under the gutters, or surrounding the gutters is not included. We can remove this, but there is an additional fee, we will notify you on the day if you have any excess debris/litter and give you a price to include it in the clean. ​

We can only assess for stormwater blockages when checking downpipe flow (Deluxe Package). We are unable to unblock any stormwater blockages as we are not equipped to do so. If we do note a blockage, we will inform you, it is then up to you to contact a plumber to address the blockage.

We are not responsible for any gutter leaking once debris has been removed. Debris can create a 'seal' which prevents detection of water leakages, once debris is removed, the ‘seal’ is removed. Leakages are generally due to the gutters rusting or the silicone deteriorating over time.

Sometime overflow of gutters can occur if there are not enough downpipes to assist drainage on your property, if noted on a Deluxe Clean we will inform you.

Please note, if it is raining on the day of your booking, we may need to reschedule your appointment due to safety concerns. We will notify you as soon as possible if we need to make any changes.​
